Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Home Collection Cancellation

Patients may cancel or reschedule a home sample collection request at any time prior to the phlebotomist's arrival at their doorstep without any penalty.

2. Online Payment Refunds

• If you paid online via Razorpay and cancel your request before sample collection, a 100% full refund will be initiated back to your original source of payment.
• Once biological samples (blood/urine) have been collected and delivered to the laboratory testing analyzer, requests cannot be cancelled or refunded as laboratory processing consumables and reagents are already expended.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically reflect in the customer's bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card within 5 to 7 business days depending on banking network clearing times.
