Welcome to GAYATRI DIAGNOSTIC CENTER ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website, booking diagnostic pathology tests, requesting home sample collection, or making digital payments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Diagnostic Testing & Home Collection

Home sample collection is provided across designated service areas. Exact GPS pinning and phone confirmation are used by our phlebotomists.
Patients must follow pre-test instructions (e.g., 10-12 hours fasting for Lipid Profile / Blood Glucose Fasting) as communicated by their treating physician or lab staff.
While we take utmost care to maintain strict sample collection schedules, unforeseen delays due to extreme traffic or weather conditions may occur, in which case the patient will be informed promptly.

3. Medical Advice Disclaimer

The diagnostic reports provided by GAYATRI DIAGNOSTIC CENTER reflect analytical test findings of biological specimens. These reports are intended solely for the guidance of qualified healthcare practitioners and do not substitute professional clinical diagnosis or consultation.

4. Online Payments & Pricing

All prices listed on our portal are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Online payments processed via Razorpay or spot UPI QR codes are secure and encrypted. Official digital receipts are automatically generated and made available immediately after booking confirmation.

5. Turnaround Time & Report Delivery

Routine test results are generally released within the communicated turnaround time (usually same day or within 24 hours). Reports can be verified and downloaded directly from our portal using your Receipt Number or via WhatsApp/SMS notifications.
